Andrew Dow: From Senior Recruitment Consultant to Associate Director
Andrew Dow, previously a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Engineering and Manufacturing, also joins Linda as an Associate Director. Andrew's exceptional ability to identify top talent and his profound understanding of the engineering and manufacturing sectors have been pivotal in delivering stellar results for clients. Nick Crawford: From Principal Recruitment Consultant to Associate Director
Nick Crawford, a highly-regarded Principal Recruitment Consultant who joined Escape as a trainee ten years ago, has also been promoted to the role of Associate Director. Nick’s commitment to his specialty in Maintenance Engineering and Asset Care in Scotland’s FMCG market, has garnered the trust and respect of clients, candidates, and colleagues alike. As an Associate Director, Nick will continue to drive success in his niche and contribute to Escape's overall growth.
Shuna Boyle: Promoted from Senior to Principal Consultant
Specialising in Supply Chain and Procurement, Shuna Boyle, who, with a wealth of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement recruitment, joined Escape in 2021, has now been promoted to the role of Principal Consultant. Shuna's deep expertise and remarkable track record have made her an indispensable asset to the team and her customers. Her promotion is a well-deserved recognition of her contributions and is a second reason for celebration this year for Shuna who also completed her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma.
Charlotte Robert: From Resourcer to Recruitment Consultant Manufacturing Trades
Charlotte's journey within Escape Recruitment since joining in 2014 has been within our specialist Trades team. Most recently as Lead Resourcer and appointed Account Manager for Volvo Motherwell, Charlotte has demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill in her work. She now takes on the role of Recruitment Consultant, leading Escape's Manufacturing Trades Team. Her promotion is a testament to her dedication and quality of work, and she is poised to excel in this new position.
Our Commercial Director, Mark Mackill, shared these exciting announcements with the entire Escape Recruitment team during our end-of-year conference on Friday, September 8th where we were all able to join in and celebrate the success of these outstanding colleagues who have consistently embodied Escape's values and demonstrated their commitment to delivering excellence to clients, candidates, and fellow team members.
