Escape Recruitment are working with an exciting, world-class manufacturing company based in North Ayrshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Development Engineer to join their team! You would be part of a diverse team of Engineers and Scientists collaborating to maintain and develop market leading products.
The Role:
- Design, develop and support products to meet customer expectations and standards
- Deliver assigned work packages, manage the design lifecycle considering risk factors such as safety, cost, ease of manufacture etc.
- Create all design documentation including specifications, drawings, design calculations, technical reports, test and trials procedures.
- Analysis of technical data formulating conclusions and recommendations.
- Communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or relevant experience.
- Thorough understanding of engineering processes - systems engineering, validation & verification, product certification etc.
- Product development, engineering design and analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical approach to the development process/lifecycle process.
