What you will be doing
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems within commercial properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and escalate any issues the senior team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
What you need
- SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing qualifications or equivalent.
- Experience in mobile maintenance plumbing in a busy FM/ jobbing plumbing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.
- Happy to obtain a Disclosure Scotland.
