Based: West Lothian (Hybrid)

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client based in West Lothian; we have an exceptional opportunity to join a leading employer as a Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis.

Based within a small supportive team environment, you will provide support to the Field Sales team in order to continually deliver the highest level of service to customers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Answering incoming sales related enquires via telephone, emails or website
  • Qualifying incoming leads via email, phone and CRM, passing larger leads to Sales team
  • Preparing customer quotations which includes working within internal teams to gather information
  • Following up on leads and quotations
  • Managing sales pipeline for smaller value sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales team to add new leads and opportunities into the CRM database system
  • Assist the Sales Manager with the administration of the Sales team forecasting pipelines within the CRM
  • Continually monitor the sales digital leads and dashboard to ensure appropriate actions are followed up by the Sales team including allocating sales leads where appropriate
  • Update, maintain and cleanse the CRM database system to keep contact details accurate and up to date
  • Utilising company sales, quotation and planning tools in order to maximise the quality of service to our customers
  • Provide sales administration support to the Sales Manager and Sales team
  • Attend Sales team meetings

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar sales support position, this should include dealing directly with customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident IT skills, this would include using CRM database systems and ideally sales tools &/or software
  • Able to work in a team environment whilst also taking ownership of personal tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent planning and prioritising skills
