Escape Recruitment are working with their Manufacturing client based in Fife to recruit Time served Pipe Fitters on a permanent basis.
Successful candidates will have instrumentation and small bore pipe experience.
We are looking to hire Time served Pipefitters for both Offshore and Workshop based roles.
To be eligible for the offshore positions your certs must be valid, We will consider candidate who's certs have lapsed within the last 12 months.
You must be able to present the correct certs & any additional paperwork.
JOB PURPOSE
To construct and install small bore tubing installations and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret engineering drawings both hydraulic and pneumatic to a very high standard.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic instrument fittings/threads.
- Experienced in selection and erection of hydraulic and pneumatic instruments and components.
- Experienced with small bore tubing pressure ratings and assembly.
- Experienced with fixed hose assemblies.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Create detailed service reports, maintain accurate records, complete all paperwork, test procedures, risk assessments and tool box talks to a very high standard.
I am looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate a high standard in completion of tasks associated with the role. You will have an Offshore/Onshore background and be confident to work unsupervised.
