Quality Systems Coordinator
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in the Falkirk area, who are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator to support the ongoing improvement of their Quality Management System and maintain high standards across their operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and developing the Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001 requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support internal audit programs, ensuring audits are carried out effectively and follow-up actions are completed.
- Help prepare for and manage customer and third-party audits.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement by developing and updating procedures and work instructions.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain compliance with quality and environmental requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Science, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working with quality systems, particularly ISO 9001.
- Strong attention to detail and experience writing procedures, such as standard operating procedures or work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of environmental management or experience working with environmental permits is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Internal auditing experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential.
This role may be suitable for people coming from roles such as Quality Auditor, QC/Lab (with some audit responsibilities), Quality Engineer (looking to move into the systems side of things).
