Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for our client, a manufacturing/production organisation based in South Lanarkshire.
We have an opportunity for a Sales & Production Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full time basis. This role will be based onsite with the advantage of working 37.5 hours over a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday.
This role will work between the Sales & Customer Service team and Production to ensure a seamless supply chain process, minimise delays in order to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and update the master sales order list, ensuring efficient distribution and prioritisation to the relevant department.
- Organise and adjust production schedules in line with customer orders and demands.
- Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and communicate key updates.
- Communicate production issues or delays with various internal departments.
- Act as the central point of contact for sales order list for Sales and Customer Service, Production, Procurement and Management.
- Identity and implement process review and improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience of working in a similar Administration role, ideally within a Manufacturing, Production &/or Supply Chain environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to foresee and address potential issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Confident IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
