3 Month Temporary Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division have an urgent requirement for a Temporary Administrator for 3 Months to support our client based in Livingston.
As part of the Operations team, you will support with the logistics administration of distributing equipment to clients throughout the UK and Internationally.
Responsibilities Include
- Process purchase orders through SAP
- Track orders and report on status
- Coordinate cost-effective and timely shipping of equipment
- Accurately update inventory management system to ensure equipment are available
- Update and gather reports using various systems
- Provide support with the planning of various events
Experience Required
- Strong administration, planning and prioritising skills
- Exceptional accuracy skills
- Confident IT skills, including MS Excel and ideally SAP
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
