[I] would like to share my positive experience with Eescape Recruitment Agency. In September 2023, I began my MSc in Data Science and Engineering at Dundee University. Coming from Afghanistan, I found adjusting to the new culture quite challenging. Among the many difficulties, finding a job and adapting to a new work environment was particularly tough.
Fortunately, I secured a part-time position with Escape Recruitment Services, under the supervision of Natalia Makowska. Working with Natalia has been one of the best experiences of my life. She has taught me a great deal, not only about the job but also about the role of a supervisor. Natalia's kindness, cooperation, and support have completely changed my perspective on what a supervisor can be. I used to believe that supervisors needed to be strict and distant, but Natalia has shown me that being kind and cooperative is far more effective and beneficial.
Her approach has helped me adjust and thrive in my new environment, and I am immensely grateful for her guidance and support. Natalia's leadership style is truly exemplary, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work under her supervision.
