They have previously worked for an FM contractor for a Housing Association, covering a range of duties on the helpdesk, answering customer queries about repairs, diagnosing the issue and then organising for the right engineer to visit and carry out the work.
This professional has excellent experience working with customers and stakeholder engagement across all levels of management and external partners. They currently manage a portfolio of 6 key clients, meeting regularly to review performance and KPI targets. They really enjoys dealing with clients and the variety their day has dealing with people and attending meetings via Teams and visiting sites across the UK face to face. They are confident handling challenging conversations and resolving issues. Experienced in managing large volumes of data for reports and analysis, using Excel daily and supporting senior management.
