Our candidate is a recent graduate and has been working as a Water Hygiene Technician. Their career goal is to move into a role as a Legionella Risk Assessor, so they are really keen to upskill and develop their learning into this field. They worked closely with the Risk Assessors at their current employer but now due to changes within the business, there are no future opportunities for them there. Therefore, they are therefore looking for a new employer who can provide the training and support to achieve their goals.
In their current role, they work in the team alongside other technicians, assessors and an Occupational Hygienist. They are responsible for environmental sampling, gas monitoring, groundworks/road sampling and air quality monitoring. They have done legionella sampling before but not a full risk assessment. They are confident with report writing when they must complete their relevant paperwork and from experience gained at university.
Their current role requires frequent overnight travel to Scotland and North England, so very comfortable with this. They have a clean driving licence with 0 points.
