Description

This highly experienced FM/Operations/Contract Manager has been working on consultancy contracts but wants to be back working in a team and being part of a company to see achievements and the end results. Their main motivation for their next role is something new and challenging that will allow them to utilise existing skills and add value to a company as well as continuing to develop themselves.

They are not working at the moment, so available for interview anytime and flexible with a start date.

This individual has over 12 years’ experience within the FM industry, predominantly during several roles at a leading FM company, managing teams and relationships for public sector contracts. They were involved in contract management involving negotiations/budgeting/forecasting, increasing revenue, identifying opportunities, new bids process for government tenders and contract renewals. A large part their previous roles has been about building relationships with clients and stakeholders and finding solutions for mutual benefits. 

Having spent time getting to know this candidate well, they came across as a strong communicator, taking pride in working well with colleagues, empowering their teams and having a positive impact on company performance and staff committment in their career. They feel they have a lot to bring to a company with their prior knowledge of managing contracts, identifying new opportunities, close attention to detail and achieving successful outcomes for all parties involved.
