If you have experience of working in a similar role, along with experience of managing or leading a team and an understanding of trade finance instruments, export certification, trade compliance and customs procedures we want to hear from you. Particularly if, like Kanthal, you have a passion for continuous improvement!
You'll manage the team responsible for shipping finished goods to worldwide distribution, ensure customs compliance of all shipments and keep up to date with all relevant export/customs laws, regulations and paperwork. You'll also work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and proactively look at ways to improve processes and procedures.
