What you’ll be doing:
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers – building relationships and winning people over Generating leads and converting them into sales Managing customer queries with care and confidence Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM system Working closely with a supportive sales team to meet and beat targets
What we’re looking for:
A natural communicator with great people skills Previous experience in telesales, customer service or sales Confident using CRM systems and sales tools Self-motivated, organised, and happy working in a team A positive attitude and a desire to grow in a thriving industry
