I have been recruiting Engineering and Technical talent since 2002, working with individuals and employers across several industry sectors including FMCG, Medical Device, Food & Drink, Oil & Gas, Biotech, Life Sciences, Technology, Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Electronics, Design.
After graduating with an engineering degree, I spent the first 3 years of my career working in manufacturing before moving into recruitment. In no way would I say I know everything about engineering, but I do believe the hands-on experience I gained gave me a platform to understand the needs and wants of my customers - both employers and candidates alike.
I have lived in Ayrshire all my life and recruit predominately for companies in the South-West and Central regions, where I have an excellent understanding of the marketplace. I also cover other areas of Scotland, the UK and even overseas. Typical job sectors I recruit for include Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, Quality, Design and Production.
