I’ve been working in the recruitment industry since 2005 and a specialist in the Facilities Management field since 2010, working through many highs and lows within the market during this time. My role broadly involves working with our clients, really understanding their needs, and assisting them with sourcing the ideal candidates for their teams.
I pride myself upon being approachable and taking a common-sense approach to work and believe I bring a wealth of market knowledge and experience to my customers, both my clients and candidates.
It’s always interesting learning about new employers' businesses, what they do and what makes them unique as an employer. Likewise, I enjoy working with our candidates to understand what makes them happy within their working role/ environment outside of the day-to-day job and assisting them with finding the ideal company that best fits in with their needs.
