Escape Recruitment Services are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of a dynamic and growing company based in West Lothian. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Field Sales Team and helping to deliver an exceptional service to clients. Your proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail will be key to ensuring smooth sales operations and excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and website.
  • Qualify and route leads, passing larger opportunities to the Sales Team.
  • Prepare customer quotations, collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads to ensure conversion.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for smaller value opportunities, ensuring timely actions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads and opportunities, supporting sales activities.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with the forecasting process, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and track digital sales leads and dashboards, ensuring the Sales Team follows up promptly and appropriately.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team, attending meetings and offering coordination assistance.
  • Continuously improve CRM database hygiene by maintaining accurate customer contact information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or similar role, with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing outstanding service and building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with both customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including CRM systems and ideally experience with sales tools/software.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while also managing your individual responsibilities.
  • Exceptional planning and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
